Grooming Requirements
Vaccination Requirements (must be current for at least 2 weeks prior to appointment):
- Canine: Rabies, DHPP, and Bordetella
- Feline: Rabies and FVRCP
For the safety of your pet and our team, all pets must have up-to-date vaccination records prior to their grooming appointment. If your pet is due for a booster, let us know when scheduling — our veterinarian can administer the necessary vaccines during the same visit for your convenience.
Grooming services are currently available on Thursdays only.
We do offer same-day appointments, but clients must call ahead to check availability — walk-ins are not accepted. Our bather brusher is a familiar face in the hospital, Juanita (our wonderful CSR).

Pricing
We offer a variety of grooming services tailored to your pet's needs.
Our prices vary by size and breed. Please call us at (813) 677-3100 for a custom quote or to schedule your pet's grooming appointment. Special breeds, such as poodle mixes, and specific coat conditions, like severe matting, may incur an additional charge. We also offer grooming services for cats, depending on their behavior.
Please note that dual appointments (vet appointments and grooming) are only available upon request and are dependent on the reason for the visit.
Our groomer performs all services to the best of her ability. If services cannot be rendered due to pet aggression or unwillingness, we will not force your pet to undergo the planned treatment. Our office will notify you of any services that could not be completed before you pick up your pet. While you will not be charged for services not performed, our groomer will offer suggestions to help lessen your pet’s apprehension toward their next grooming appointment.

In order to provide the best service and minimize disruptions to our schedule, we require a deposit for all new clients and patients at the time of booking an appointment. This deposit will be applied toward the cost of your visit.
Please note, if an appointment is canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time, or if there is a no-show, a new deposit will be required in order to reschedule. This policy helps us maintain a consistent and efficient schedule for all of our clients to guarantee accurate booking and minimize referring to other hospitals.
